Dr. Crone’s Founder Story
The inspiration for Therapy and Beyond started when my family adopted my youngest brother. At 18 months old, he made few sounds, made brief eye contact, and displayed behaviors such as head banging. I remember my mother trying to redirect his attention as he lined up shoes or separated toys into color-coded piles on the floor.
By age two, his obsession with structure along with poor communication skills drove my parents to seek professional help. I recall my mom working tirelessly. From school district red tape to frustrated therapists who readily gave up, she ran into dead ends time and time again. However, her perseverance paid off, when one dedicated therapist taught my brother to speak through sign language.
By the beginning of kindergarten, he was saying three-word sentences. By the end of that year, he’d risen to the highest reading group. Being the big sister, I admired the therapist for the time and care she gave my brother. Watching his communication skills and confidence grow inspired me to one day make a difference in other children’s lives, especially ones who are often overlooked.

My son has been going there for over a year now. The changes I have seen in him over that time have been amazing. Every week he makes more progress. He loves going there too. The fact that he loves it means so much. It means he feels safe and cared for. I’m very happy we found this place when I started looking for ABA services. They have also been more than amazing at working with me on a schedule.
I love this place. My kid has been attending since the age of 4. It’s been 5 years! The office location is convenient. The staff is excellent. The therapists are very compassionate, very thankful for the assistance that they have provided over the past five years. My kid has improved significantly.
A special thank you to our BCBA, Haylie, for her knowledge, patience, and genuine care. She has been amazing in guiding my son's progress and keeping us involved every step of the way. Clinical Manager Ivy is also exceptional—always supportive, professional, and committed to making sure every child and family has a positive experience.
The front office staff, Mariana and Catharina, deserve so much recognition as well. They are always kind, welcoming, organized, and ready to help with anything we need. They make every visit pleasant from the moment we walk through the door.
I also want to thank every single RBT. Each one has treated my son with kindness, patience, and compassion. They truly care about the children they work with, and it shows every day.
One thing I really appreciate is the positive environment they have created—not just for the children, but for the families too. All of the parents we've met have been wonderful people, and we've never had any issues. Communication from the clinic is always clear and timely, so we always know what's going on.
I also love the monthly parent meetings and the Saturday social hours. These events help families connect, learn, and support one another while giving the kids valuable opportunities to socialize and grow.
The location is convenient, the facility is clean and welcoming, and it's obvious that everyone here is passionate about what they do. Therapy and Beyond has exceeded our expectations in every way. We are incredibly thankful for everything this team has done for our family, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy.
The therapists were patient, kind, and attentive, always taking the time to understand his needs and celebrate every small win. The staff at the front desk were just as wonderful—always friendly, supportive, and willing to help with any questions or concerns.

I know Therapy and Beyond staff care about our big guy and it show. He never feels left out, here and he is welcomed and appreciated for who he is. The therapists go above and beyond to connect with him and help him grow, making every day positive and supportive. As parents, it means a lot to know he is in an environment where he feels safe, understood, and happy.
We appreciate the regular paperwork sent home to view his progress as well as the parent meetings to update us on his behavior changes. The staff have created a community where we feel encouraged and never alone, even during tough times. We try to keep up with things that are important to our son but life can get hectic even still, Therapy and Beyond makes communicating and, understanding, a real partnership.
