As part of TB, you will approach the needs of each patient both individually and as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team, collaborating with experts in Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy. Our team of Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, Speech-Language Patholists, and Occupational Therapists work together for the benefit of our kiddos and their families. Consistent communication through all levels of our organization ensures that we are providing the best treatment possible, while encouraging the ideas and growth of our team.

BCBA REQUIREMENTS

Masters in a related field to Behavior and a BCBA
Two years of direct service work in a treatment setting for patients
Work in a clinical setting and in-home as a provider
Facilitate a team approach toward treatment
Train therapists to implement, monitor, collect and evaluate data.

SLP REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
Texas State License in Speech-Language Pathology
Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.

OT REquirements

Current State License as an Occupational Therapist
Preferably at least two years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism
Work in a clinical setting and in homes as a provider
