At Therapy and Beyond, we believe there is hope for every child. Our organization is composed of driven individuals who focus on the quality and progress of our patients. As part of T&B, you will approach the needs of each patient both individually and as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team, collaborating with experts in Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy. By joining our team, you will be helping individuals with autism reach their full potential by supporting not only the patient but the entire family. We recognize collaboration and problem solving as part of our operations core values. Professional and personal growth is nurtured within the T&B team, and open communication is encouraged. When working with us, not only will you have the support you need from those in your center, but you’ll also have support from the entire organization, from the home office operations team to all treatment professionals throughout Oklahoma and Texas.

COLLABORATION

We believe collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team for a consistent approach is key to improving the lives of individuals with Autism. Our team of Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, Speech-Language Patholists, and Occupational Therapists work together for the benefit of our kiddos and their families. Consistent communication through all levels of our organization ensures that we are providing the best treatment possible, while encouraging the ideas and growth of our team.

Therapy and Beyond strives to create an energetic atmosphere where staff and patients feel welcomed, connected and happy! We believe that positive inter-working relationships are incredibly important not only for our team but our families and kiddos, too.
